Mrs Nidya Fauz Iwan is a trained banked and has worked in finance both in her native Indonesia and in Australia. From 2000 to 2010, Mrs Iwan held seniors positions with PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero) which is a State-Owned Enterprise of Government Republic of Indonesia. She had senior business planning and financial management roles in this major Indonesian government enterprise. Mrs Iwan holds graduate and postgraduate banking and finance qualifications from Monash and Melbourne University. She is qualified under RG 146t o provide general advice and has completed studies in Shariah finance and investment. In addition to her role as AFSL and ACL Responsible Manager of Baytulmaal Finances Limited, Mrs Iwan assists with general management and day to day operations of the Fund.

Currently, she also assist as a Member in Investment and Credit Committee
